 About  A Mother’s Pen  

  A Mother's Pen was inspired by her husband to write children stories because of her witty sense of humor and creative mind.

  She has a act with children that leads to a unique imagation that is demonstrated in all her writings. She has a undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems and a Double Master's Degree in Business and Health.

  Going in a different direction from what she studied in college to pursuit life fillment, she became a Children's Author.

  In writing the second installment  to Backwards Bear and Baby Curl, A Mother’s Pen wanted to address the issue of bullying. This is a major  issue with young children and teens between the ages of 7-18. A Mother’s Pen wanted to give children a different way of looking at bullying. She wanted to give children the confidence to and to stand up for yourself in that difficult situation. By giving some key points in the story: making sure that you tell a adult that is present,  have your friends around, and most important tell your parents. Even though this might not stop the bullying but it is a great  starting point.

  A Mother’s Pen plans on continuing writing stories about Backwards Bear and Baby Curl in the very near  future. So keep your eyes and ears open  for New Adventures with this Duo.
